Omggg best pizza ever...
I always enjoyed fat jacks pizza for years, but lately it just seems the quality of the pizza has went down and the price amount... of each topping on a pizza is a bit excessive. Maybe for that price they would deliver it too. You would think. A customer wouldbe more likely to order from there if they didn't have to go pick it up too. That's a ton of business they are losing everydayand if you have grub hub or uber eats get it then I hope you got some deep pockets that pizza better be cooked by Gordon Ramsayhimself at them prices. We called and asked for 3 ham and cheese subs plain. And other items. The person repeated my order back. They said 30... minutes. We got there 30 minutes later and they said they would call my name when ready. So we waited. 10 minutes later we askabout our food and she said that they are finishing up our order with the cold toppings. When we told her that they were plain. They were going to pick off the toppings. Not caring that there was a allergy to a topping. We asked for a refund and theyoung girl at the register got nasty and rude. Handed the money back,slammed the register shut and went to the back to talkabout us. We heard her. I was visiting family from 3 hours away and loved going to fat jacks. Never again. So disappointed. Great pizza! We also got the garlic bread with cheese and chicken wings. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly.
Food was half the size as the one on Spencerville Rd. They package the take out pizza bread on top of each piece instead of... laying flat. When ordering it was so noisy that you couldn't hear. Read more
