As a devout Italian it was Super disappointing, ended up getting the spicy ziti and it was hotter than the surface of the sun... upon getting it and that isn't a big deal but when you get a bake you expect there to be that baked kind of cheese layer. My food was horrible. The spaghetti noodles wreaked of ?dirty? water.. smelled like a mop or rag that had been sitting for... days.. I couldn?t even finish my salad, or anything else due to the smell/taste I encountered when I took my first bite. Usuallymy food is good, today it was absolutely disgusting. I?m extremely upset.. The environment was friendly but it seems like a ghost zone. If you are looking for a place to relax, quiet and some good food... this is the place. The lasagna was dry and hard that is my only complaint. My family got pizza, bread sticks, ultimate pastasampler, oven baked sampler, red velvet cheese cake and the frozen strawberry lemonade and all of it was great. The temp isperfect not to hot nor cold. Has a decent Playlist. Seems overall clean, table and booths are not sticky. Bathroom could use alittle cleaning. Overall a great environment Read more
Update 8/29/19: Their food is wonderful no doubt. But management needs improvement. They expressed their desperate need for... staff. I offered to set up an interview. I am currently an ASM and thought why not... I was called a couple days later and toldto come in. I called the same day we agreed on a day to let them know my app was complete. But when I got there for myinterview, not only did they "lose" my app, but I sat there for an hour never being interviewed at all. I walked up front at6pm, handed him his laptop, and said I can see your busy... He offered to let me come back the next day. Um no offense but weboth work in a fast pace environment. He knows that he completely wasted my time. No communication. No I'm really sorry. Nothing. Then I get an email telling me my application has been pulled from qualifying applicants. Well good. I don't want towork with management that wastes people time. Like I said. The food is great!! Read more
