Employees were friendly and good service,food was great(tenderloin and baked steak bowl)and it was nice (retro) inside.
I have loved this place for years ! But I ordered my food and the ladies at the counter seemed very stressed due to staff... shortage. I got my order which was not correct but I ate my the food it was good but not what I ordered. A Lady walked in toorder and one of the employees yelled to the other employee, "You didn't lock the door!" the lady customer said, "was I notsupposed come in?" They were closing the lobby due to a staff shortage and there wasn't a sign on any doors plus the doorsweren't locked. After the lady customer walked out she complained to an incoming customer, he went in the drive thru andyelled/cussed at the employees about the issues of closing the lobby and being rude. The throwing of food on trays and in thebags isn't not what you do. I understand they are frustrated but that isn't customer service. I have never experienced this atany of the Happy Daz restaurants. The employees don't need to be cussed out because the restaurant doesn't have enough staff,it's not their fault but I also understand being a customer and getting attitude, the wrong order /bad food etc. This needslooked into by the owner. First I was never given a price at drive thru I ordered a quarter pound Cheeseburger only it was the size of A Jr. Cheeseburger... it cost $6.28. The meat did NOT cover the bun. This franchise is BIG and Locally owned so how come the hamburgers areshrinking?? Will sit in Kewpee long line irs worth it. Read more
We ordered salads with grilled chicken trying to eat healthy but the grilled chicken was all covered with a seasoning rub and... salt. My sister is on a low sodium diet after her heart attack and I'm trying to lose weight which also requires a low sodiumdiet. I wish we had been informed when we ordered that the grilled chicken is covered in seasoning. I wasn't very pleased aboutthat and we probably won't go back. Read more
My family loved Happy Daz and how well they treat their customers. They have a huge selection on their menu to choose from and... it's all made fresh. It's not a fast food chain and your gonna wait a little longer for your food and that's to be expected. Itis worth the wait every single time! Read more
This place has completely gone bonkers with their prices! $41 for a family of 3 to eat? A 5 pc chicken tender is $10.44??... Insane! Then after getting home, the chicken is not even cooked! Had to throw it away. And $5 for a shredded chicken sandwich?And the jumbo fish sandwich is $2 more than before, yet you took away a piece of fish on it? Definitely lost our business forgood! My service dogs first short visit. They were wonderful. He even recieved a lil bit of ice cream. Thanks for the great service.
People were very nice when I went. The service was qood and quick. Food tasted pretty good however the chicken chunks were... drowned in the sauce and it was a bit much. Other than that no complaints. Read more
