I'm done with this place. Everytime I come here lately the svs is horrible I never leave the parking lot until I check my order... and 8 out of 10 times I have to go in to get it fixed. And today I went thru the drive thru was pulled ahead for a freshhamburger waited 20 min they served the entire drive thru. Then brought me a cold bag of food. Waited over 20 min for 2 ice creams. The girl behind the the counter was rude and cussing at other employees. We waited so long... a cook came from the back and asked what we had. Absolutely the worst service in Lima. Read more
Unfortunately the West St location seemed to be staffed by young girls who weren't properly trained. I watched the young lady... working the drive thru walk around behind the counter eating a sandwich. I ordered cheesy chili fries and a junior shreddedchicken sandwich. I was very disappointed in both. The sandwich barely had any chicken on it and the chili on the fries wasdisgusting. Probably won't go back. Read more
The chicken in a potato bowl tasted very old. Couldn't finish it because it was gross. Also ordered A1 mushroom Swiss burger. It... was A LOT smaller than usual, like they used a junior hamburger instead. Very disappointed for the amount of money spend. Read more
I have always loved Happy Dayz. But I was very disappointed today after ordering 40 dollars worth of food my order was lacking... bacon and ranch on my wrap and no cheese on two foot long coneys. The was good but was disappointed to be lacking items thatwere ordered and paid for. Hoping this was a one time incident. Read more

First time here for myself my girlfriend has been here before as she recommended this place food is okay good size menu... reasonable price I didn't care for the burger the fried mushrooms were delicious milkshake was very good and creamy french friesare delicious overall a decent establishment to get a good meal for a reasonable price.
