Waited past order ready time, service was slow my hasbrowns we're not crispy like ordered they were actually very undercooked,... the center was cold an crisp like a cold potatoes. Pancakes were doughy, ordering from here again was a mistake, should havejust went to Bob Evans! Have tried eating here at least once a year, everytime you remind me in one way or another that yourjust a shadow of what IHOP USED to be. IHOP is no longer a great place for a quality meal! We were quite pleased by our experience at IHOP. The place was clean and tidy. We were seated quickly; our order was taken in... good time, and, before we knew it, we were being served our food. Everything was done to order and tasted delicious! And, bestof all, we discovered that they not only had a senior menu that stated at age 55, but they also take 10% off any item in theregular menu for 55+ patrons! We will be back, as often as we can. Expensive, but good service. My coffee stayed filled and my food came fast.
We have eaten at this restaurant several times in the past several weeks. In each case, we found the wait staff friendly,... helpful, and efficient. They checked on us several times during the meal but didn't hover. We like that unlike similar chainrestaurants, they have maintained their 55+ menu. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are smaller on this menu forthose of us who no longer have deep pockets nor big appetites. Read more

Been there 3 times now and each experience was great. Ask for Nadia. She is an amazing server. She is very polite, accurate,... efficient, and always smiles. I ordered the fajita omelette each time and it was hot, fresh, and bountiful. Very good. Comeswith pancakes which of course are good. Food always comes fast and we always sit right down for lunch. First of all..my bacon was barely cooked..I sent it back...in the mean time they dropped my toast on the floor so they made me... fresh...took them forever...the uncooked bacon returned before my new toast...it was nasty! The plate it was on was swimming ingrease...bacon was cold...toast arrived..unbuttered..I'll not be going back..2 strips of bacon..looked like 1 cut in half! NoI'm sorry etc...took $2.00 0ff my ticket! I wasn't the only customer that complained. Coffee was good...I'll still not go back! Read more
