I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. My family used to always go to this place and even referred friends and family... to this restaurant as well. Like loyal customers, we called into their restaurant for a take-out order. First of all, the womanwho answered kept hanging up on me and tried to blame me for the connection problems. Then, I spent the next 25 minutes givingher a simple family order. LITERALLY 5 combo plates of the same thing. And that took 25 minutes! Then, when I asked for thetotal cost and asked for the food to be all vegetarian; Sergio, the apparent supervisor, took the phone and informed me thatthey no longer feel comfortable with my order because he, nor the restaurant wanted to be blamed if meat came into any of theplates. I asked the order to be vegetarian and they couldn?t assure it?ll be vegetarian, that?s HORRIBLE! If you want badcustomer service, then La Charreada is the place to go! Great food; affordable prices; reliable and fast service. Complimentary chips and salsa were nice too. The burrito jalisco was... tasty and huge. Took it enough home for leftovers the next day. Highly recommend. Read more
Traveling through Ohio, I must say this was a pleasant find. The food was quite good, service pleasant and fast enough. I might... have liked a little more alcohol in the margarita, but when served by the pitcher for a large party, what do you expect? Anyway,as of mid-May '22 it remains affordable too. We will definitely stop back next year when passing through again. Hope it stays asgood. Read more

The food was good, but I had to downgrade the score. The waiters must have had a bad hair day, because they were rude. They... stood at the bar and talked amongst themselves and never came back to check on us. Therefore, we did not leave a tip.Fortunately, one of the managers, "Taboe" came over to the table and talked to us. We told him about the problem and heapologized. First time here and I really loved it! As soon as I pulled up I could smell the great flavors this place was cooking up on a... bright Saturday morning. I had the Tacos de Carnitas and they were great! The tacos came stuffed! Great flavor, nice and hot andgreat portions. Will definitely come back. ???????? Read more
