Tried placing an order on the app and there was technical difficulties or whatever on the app and my order never went through so... I ordered ol reliable dominos but lil ceasars still charged my card. There's no order history for it and no way to contact theonline support. Tried contacting the store and the manager was extremely rude and didn't care, told me to call my bank cause shedidn't take the money. Never again lil ceasars, never again. Read more
Ordered a pep, a cheese, crazy bread and deep dish supreme. The pep was burnt. The crazy bread and deep dish were RAW. Like... couldn?t tell where the cheese and the dough met?.RAW. Picture is of the toppings off and what is supposed to be a pizza under.If I could get my entire money back and never return I would but I?m a mom of 5 little humans and after waiting 40 mins for itthey were starving so at least they had some cheese pizza. Very seldomly do I do things like this. But this time it was earned. I just got a large stuffed crust from Calumet Ave Lima.... Dying if I'm lying, Best Little Caesars pizza I've ever had in my entire life. I've lived in Michigan and Ohio and this is byfar the best one. The staff there was very friendly. Will return again! Absolutely terrible service. Started off when I called to place my order I was on hold 10 minutes and I had to hang up and call... again in order to place my order. We went to pick up our pizzas and the cashier did not place the order correct and had no ideahow to fix it. I asked for her manager who said she'd fix it. So we we went outside to wait and we saw the cashier picking herbellybutton ???? Absolutely disgusting and untrained unprofessional staff. Read more
Started off with the manager and an employee arguing when I walked in. It probably took them at least 5 minutes to realize i was... there. After they took my order they said it would be about a 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later my food was done and the cashierneeded to scan it out. The same cashier that was arguing with the manager when I walked in who left. After 10 more minutes ofwaiting I grabbed my food that was already paid for and left. Very poor management. Read more
