No napkins?! No small lids? Counted at least ten employees. Lots of noise coming from behind the counter. Had to pick up my food... despite being told it would be brought out. Argument between staff and another customer about food missing. What a terribleexperience. Read more
We came through the drive thru and ordered the two sausage burrito meal with hot picante sauce. They never asked what size I... wanted. Only would say "mhm" and "yep" when taking the order. Never gave me a receipt. Gave me a small due to not asking me whatsize. My hashbrown was cold and there was no hot picante sauce. The burrito-hard. The frappe was only filled 3/4 of the way.Very disappointing. Read more
Ordered both of the (expensive) cactus plant flea market boxes and we didn?t get any. we got regular nuggets and a burger with... fries, a couple cookies and our drinks. we asked them and they didn?t fix it. no toys. no box. no help. Read more
Ordered did while traveling through. A few miles down the road bit into my chicken sandwich only to be surprised with a... disgusting burnt way overfried piece of chicken that I spit into the bag and cursed realizing I wasn't eating now. The factsomeone thought that was ok to serve that to a customer was disturbing. Read more
They did very well. Messed up the order, but a simple call and return got me my food fresh and quickly. Friendly staff that was... completely undestanding and apologetic about the issue. On my most recent visit, I came in when they first opened the diningroom, 6:03am. The bathrooms both male and female were filthy. The photo posted shows a very dirty sink. Mirror, boogers on thewalls, etc. It was nasty. This obviously was not first shifts doing, however the manager should probably either retrain theclosers on proper cleaning or have the morning shift start cleaning the bathrooms first thing. There aren't a whole bunch ofplaces that public has access to in a restaurant. So for those to be that dirty... it concerns me about the back of houseconditions that ate acceptable to the shift leads and management. SLOW! Half hour in the drive thru stuck because we already ordered and paid is absolutely crazy! The employees are always... playing around and on their phones in the evenings vs working! No napkins and cold! I understand the worlds short staffed butthis is crazy! Not to also mention staff eating hot cheetos while taking your order and handing you your order! Read more
