The app is a mess. I ordered from the Elida rd store, they accepted my order and sent me through the drive thru. When I get to... the window I was told they did not have what I ordered and they could not refund me. It was only $5 but life is expensive. Read more

Sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes. Other lane was good, the people in front of me were good, I got nothing. Went to... one on north cable and in minutes had my food. Drove by and employee on phone. Read more
McDonald's just isn't the same as it used to be. Food doesn't taste as good and my big Mac had way to much sauce that it was... messy and that's all I could taste. And fries were under cooked. Read more

Normally just go through drive-thru, get a caramel iced coffee and a sandwich. Since they have their new award app. where you... order and pay ahead and just give your four digit code at the drive-thru, it is so much easier. It would be awesome if everyoneelse would do the same thing. My order is always made correctly and fresh, and the window staff is very friendly. Read more
