Was the only one in the drive thru ordering and even though they had a whole crew I still waiting just over 10 min just for a... big Mac and a spicy chicken sandwich with 2 medium fries. I don't know what happened to the motivation of fast food crews today,but when I started out working fast food we had to be fast, accurate, and friendly all while making sure the customers food isfresh as possible. This playing on your phone and goofing off isn't doing it anymore and they wonder why customers are flippingout. Might be faster to order a pizza and not have to go out and get it at this point. Update for Oct 2022- tried again to givethem a second redemption chance. I order a chicken deluxe and what do I get? Nothing but the bun, chicken patty, and 3 pickles.Nothing else was on it and I'm like what's this, to the kid with the visor and foot long troll hair popping out the top. Crispychicken he said. I said I wanted the deluxe you know lettuce, tomato, sauce, you know. He took the sandwich back, I waited 4 minfor the return and look at it again. Not only did they refried the chicken to the point it was burned the only toppings addedwas and I'm not joking when I say this exactly 1.25mL of mayo which is about a dab on your pinky, and 3 quarter size tomatoesthat were so dried out they were wrinkly from starting to shrink. I shook my head and drove off. Clearly the managers don't careand the employees have no pride in the work they are paid to do in the first place. Since when was this acceptable work placeedict? Took my grandkids to this McDonald's so they could play in the playland. And this is what i got. This is a $4.50 crispy chicken... sandwich, you can barely find the chicken. What kind of restaurant serves that small of a piece of chicken. Very disappointing. Read more

First time going to this location. Charged us for 3 extra tortillas that were a little hard. Their other locations don't. They... were slow to give us extra napkins. Called for the manager and they never bothered to come to the phone. We will never go tothis location, again. Read more
Had too place order on machine. No help to place order. I went next door to happy days with no issues. They took my order and... business.. very rude people with bad attitudes.. if you don't like it there find a job that fits you.. when I went to work Ishowed the customer respect because there the ones paying my paycheck.
