Arrived at the store at 6:00 a.m.. was denied entry to the store because I was told there was not enough staff. As I looked in... the window I could see the staff serving the drive-through that was packed all the way around the building yeah I was told I wasnot allowed to go to order through the drive-thru because I did not have a vehicle so I I stood out in the cold from was 45minutes until eventually someone opened the door finally let me in the dining room to order my food from the kiosk because myhands were too numb to order from my app. I got to watch workers walk in the door as I was denied entry so we can stand in thebreezeway just to get warm . this is very unacceptable if McDonald's. Opens at 6:00 supposed to be able to enter the door at6:00 a.m. matter if there's enough people to wait on the dining area room or not they can wait on the drive-thru if they come tothe way they can wait a one guy sitting there or in food to go. Coincidentally enough I shared the same experience with anothergentleman outside that had the same exact birthday to me November 17th except we were born 40 years apart. Wait was very reasonable, considering the amount of customers in line. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly and... actually said, "thank you," which is something you never hear anymore anywhere else. Well done, Market and Metcalf! Read more
I'm giving this downtown Lima Mickey D's 4 stars simply because of the Service. I mean the food has been the same for decades so... there's no surprises there but not every Macdonald's will treat you like a valued customer. They were friendly, courteous, andsmiled! Even asked if I wanted my receipt. It was a very nice change of pace and I ended up enjoying my fries a whole lot more. Read more
Took 14 minutes to receive my order after I had to enter it myself on the self-serve kiosk. Employees here seem to lack even a... grade school education. Highly recommend you find a different McDonald's if you really must have your Big Mac. Read more
It's pretty sad that at this McDonald's you wait at the drive-thru 5 minutes with two vehicles in front of you so today you can... place your order then you place your order and they ask you to pull off to the side and you wait another 5 minutes and this ishow my sandwich was packaged.
