My family used to love this place growing up, they made the BEST donuts around. Donuts were always very fresh, delicious and... consistent. That was a long time ago, now every time I go here, i end up regretting my purchase because the doughnuts are VERYstale. I would say inconsistent, but they are very consistent and being stale. I live right down the street. I?ve been in hereMANY times. I keep saying I?m not wasting my money again?. But I get my hopes up and I try it again and again after some timeand it continues to disappoint. I?m not sure what has changed over the years, but many years ago, I would?ve rated this one ofthe best donut places in Ohio. It?s not anything close to that anymore. I?m honestly sad to say that because I loved this place.I hope one day you will turn this back into the place that it once was. *Edited after i read threw the owners responses* READthrough their reviews on here and see how hateful this owner really is. Have been going to Pat's doughnuts since I was a kid. It's been a few months since I have stopped in to get some doughnuts due... to the quality of their doughnuts, but thought I would give them another shot. I went in early today in the morning and ordereda variety of them and got them home. Picked out a triple chocolate and bit into it and was disappointed again. The doughnutlooked great, but it was really dry, like it had been made a day or two prior. I wish there was an email to address this withthe owners, because I do want Pat's to stay around, but unfortunately I can not recommend anyone to go there anymore. I was in town for a few days and I always stop by to get ice cream. I asked for my favorite flavor, butter pecan. They brought... out a new bucket from the back. I was so looking forward to it. It literally was the WORST TASTING butter pecan ice cream I hadever tasted. Read more
I get closing your lobby at 11 to protect your staff, but running to the door 10 till to lock it when a customer is walking up... seems kind of rude. But okay, I'll just do the drive through. $40 for a dozen donoughts and a dozen donought holes was a littlemuch. They are good but not that good. Get home and find we only have 11 doughnuts and 11 doughnut holes. So for that kind ofmoney to not even get what we asked was pretty hard to accept. Read more
We ordered a pizza at about 10 pm an dit was ready in about 30 minutes even though they seemed really busy. We also grabbed some... donuts when we went to pick up the pizza. Everything tasted really good. Read more

Went to Pat's on Elida Rd. around 6:30 am, I'm usually satisfied with their service, but this morning the lady on duty saw me... drive up but continued to pour herself a soda, put her straw in and drank her soda before finally coming to the window andtaking my order...rude much?? Read more
