The pizza ordered was good. However, the actual sauce / toppings / cheese were at least an inch and a half from the edge of the... pizza and in some places more than that. If I wanted mostly crust I would have ordered bread sticks. Read more
Perhaps the worst pizza we've ever eaten. We just ordered three pizza's for delivery and they were horrible. By far the worst place to get take out from. I usually rely on reviews to decide rather or not to get food from a restaurant... today I didn't do my review check and ended up wasting 22$. The food was microwave ready and the wings couldn't really beidentified as wings. I called to speak to a manager about my order and she stated that she was to busy to come to the phone. Sheclaimed according to the young lady who answered the phone she would remake my order and have it sent out 2 hours later I'mstill sitting and waiting. Customer service is horrible at this Pizza hut. Worst experience ever, we had called them and ordered 3 pizzas one with only cheese and other 2 veggies without mushrooms First... pizza with only cheese completely burnt (see pic) don?t know why did they add pesto sauce And other two veggie pizza wespecialty requested it should be WITHOUT mushroom, and we got with mushrooms (see second pic) Read more
We haven?t had Pizza Hut in ages and decided to give it a go for a birthday party this evening. To say the staff was amazing... would be an understatement. It is so refreshing to have people actually care in the customer service world. I want to say JOBWELL DONE.
