Love going to pizza hut, they have great pizza, but they also have very good bread sticks.
I ordered from my local Lima Ohio Pizza Hut and it was perfectly done and the service is great. I will order again.
Never had an issue until last night. Partner works 12 hour shifts so we ordered delivery when it was 2 degrees last night.... Ordered same way we always do, text notifications, contactless, note to leave on swing. I get two texts, one for prep, one foron its way. For the first time ever, no delivered text. No website update. No knock on door. Nothing. We finally check outside20 minutes after the ON THE WAY text and it's there and our food is frozen! I called the manager before we even tried to reheatit and she told me my complaints were irrelevant because it isn't Pizza Hutt policy to notify you when it's been delivered. Sowhy do you charge a fee for a delivery service if this is just a courtesy? And why have every single one of the other driverstexted or called? And why isn't this policy?
