Love going to pizza hut, they have great pizza, but they also have very good bread sticks.
I ordered from my local Lima Ohio Pizza Hut and it was perfectly done and the service is great. I will order again.
Never had an issue until last night. Partner works 12 hour shifts so we ordered delivery when it was 2 degrees last night.... Ordered same way we always do, text notifications, contactless, note to leave on swing. I get two texts, one for prep, one foron its way. For the first time ever, no delivered text. No website update. No knock on door. Nothing. We finally check outside20 minutes after the ON THE WAY text and it's there and our food is frozen! I called the manager before we even tried to reheatit and she told me my complaints were irrelevant because it isn't Pizza Hutt policy to notify you when it's been delivered. Sowhy do you charge a fee for a delivery service if this is just a courtesy? And why have every single one of the other driverstexted or called? And why isn't this policy? I usually order from Pizza Hut Cable Rd. with a large order. Last time they didn't deliver all my food. Tonight I was called... by someone to tell me they wanted to cancel my order as it was to large and they couldn't make it unless I took items off. Lasttime I checked this is awful customer service, but I shouldn't be shocked in today's climate. We usually spend $75 to $100 perorder.. Congratulations for losing a customer. Read more
I give the Cable Rd location in Lima,Oh 5 stars not the company. I've never had a problem at this specific location and the food... has always been great. I've always been greated by very courteous and friendly employees, keep up the good work. Read more
We used the delivery service and the drivers have all been very nice. We ordered a hand tossed supreme and wings and we're not... disappointed. The pizza was full of toppings and they are not paper thin. Delicious! The wings are good too. Consistent goodfood and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!! Read more
I want to say thank you thank you thank you so much to the managervJeff and his entire staff tonight for taking care of a few... requests that were Sentimental to me and meant so much so that I could get my friend fed, and let him know he was loved. I livein a different state and had a friend reach out, asking if I could send him a pizza, after 3 days of not eating and finallybreaking down to ask for help.
