Food is good . But the staff a young boy with a beard was so disrespectful too me the whole time I ordered . He acted like I was... a problem . Forgetting my salad twice , demeaning calling me bud and also laughing at me. I told him he needs to work on hislittle attitude because he handed me a salad without dressing .. he literally just pointed at it instead of giving it to me andI was done . Employees very helpful an polite on my first ever visit to rapid fire, and the pizza was delicous. Unfortunately the cleanliness... of the restaurant made me question whether to stop back for another visit. I don't mean daily dirt, I mean they literally havedust/dirt balls falling from vents located right above where pizzas are made. For a newer restaurant has to be the worstmaintained restaurant I've seen around the area. No excuse for the filth that's going on here! Had to change to one star, threehours after eating both my wife an myself got extremely sick, vomiting several times. This is the only meal we had that day!After seeing how dirty the restaurant was I have to say its a good chance it was the food because today feeling better. Read more
Love the pizza here but the service is horrible. Just pulled up at 11:15 and the place was locked. It was supposed to open at... 10:30...This isn't the first time. Then as we are pulling out an employee comes out to flag us down and 'say we are open'. Lol.Too late. Clean restaurant. Speedy friendly service! Very helpful. If you are looking for vegan cheese or sausage, just ask. They don?t... have the signs up to let you know it?s an option and it?s not on the sign either. The vegan sausage is in the freezer so itstays fresh and they grab it for you. Stopped here on my way back home to Indiana. My only recommendation is that they put upa note that vegan cheese and sausage is available. The friendly lady said it?s not too popular, so they keep it in the freezer.But they won?t sell much if people don?t know it?s an option. The food is delicious. I came here based on a recommendation and was skeptical, but left impressed. Works like a Subway line choosing your unlimited... toppings. Three minutes later after you got your drink and pick med your spot to sit you have a hot delicious pizza waiting foryou. The pizza was great and was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place. I definitely will be returning to getthis again. Read more
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went in today asked for garlic butter on my crust before my pizza sauce and the... worker "sighed heavily" then proceeded to say "I have to do all this extra work" when clearly they have a create your own pizzaso I was a little confused. The Manger did not seem to care to much , so I will not be returning. Read more
