I don’t like to leave negative reviews, however, new policy is you won’t be seated if your entire party is not on premises.... We were 5 minutes ahead of my parents, and wanted to order appetizers and drinks and were denied. Red Lobster of Lima Ohio willno longer receive my business. Read more
My family of 4 had dinner on 9/30 at limas red lobsters and I want to say how awesome our server Kyleigh was. She was immensely... attentive and handled all of our needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. Service like that these days is very rare. Weappreciate all that she did. She is the my epitome of what customer service is. I'm giving a 4 for the service. Dad and I both had the all you can eat shrimp Monday special. It was really good. It comes with 1 side, so I got a side that... would be easy to take home and have for another meal...a baked potato. Before leaving, dad asked for more of the cheddar baybiscuits and our waitress brought some out in a to go bag for us. It's always worth asking. Worse thing that could happen isthey say no.
