I don’t like to leave negative reviews, however, new policy is you won’t be seated if your entire party is not on premises.... We were 5 minutes ahead of my parents, and wanted to order appetizers and drinks and were denied. Red Lobster of Lima Ohio willno longer receive my business. Read more
My family of 4 had dinner on 9/30 at limas red lobsters and I want to say how awesome our server Kyleigh was. She was immensely... attentive and handled all of our needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. Service like that these days is very rare. Weappreciate all that she did. She is the my epitome of what customer service is. I'm giving a 4 for the service. Dad and I both had the all you can eat shrimp Monday special. It was really good. It comes with 1 side, so I got a side that... would be easy to take home and have for another meal...a baked potato. Before leaving, dad asked for more of the cheddar baybiscuits and our waitress brought some out in a to go bag for us. It's always worth asking. Worse thing that could happen isthey say no. They were busy, as it was supper time, but everything came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. Read more
Red lobster fills its customers up on decidedly tasty, high calorie biscuits while waiting for their food. The food portions, at... least of the flounder with stuffing and lobster, were small and vegetables were the same. Jim's pasta Alfredo was larger, heliked it fine. I grew up with fresh off the boats seafood, chain restaurant frozen just doesn't do for me. Read more

Great food. I love their triple berry Sangria, it’s amazing and I will definitely get it again. Ambience is good but I will... recommend to have an outdoor sitting so customers can enjoy their drinks and food specially on summer. I’ll be back for theirsangria and scones. Read more
Really reduced portions and the food was real bland. Had fish and chips. Comes with slaw. Service was good. Sat at bar to watch... a little NFL action. Poor viewing. Read more
