Had stopped ordering from there because of the same issues. Thought I would try again because of nostalgia. Ordered a 14 incher,... with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, and extra Cheese. Just ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni. Good thing I did or I wouldn?t have gotten any pepperoni. Was cold like old pizza.... The cheese wasn?t warm or stretchy like fresh hot pizza. I ordered a sausage sub with double extra cheese.. received my sub and it had zero cheese. after calling an explaining the... problem the answer I received was "we only charged you for regular cheese" and was offered a dollar credit. I not only drove 15minutes each way to get the food but waited 30 minutes for it. Unfortunately I will be giving up my favorite pizza spot becauseof this. BTW the managers name was Jennifer.
