The complete disregard of customers inside the building was horrible. Watching one girl eating in plain sight, surfing my whole... order in a tiny bag while the delivery orders they plopped into counter seemed to have more than enough room, the customer whohad recovered his food but was still waiting for his cup as we left because the held zero concern for anyone inside the store,even heard them laughing using profanity in the lobby area. 9 people in the back 9 people talking messing around no worries. Line around the building to the road for drive thru inside 2,3... door dashers waiting on there food. Making everyone late to deliver the food which hurts the rating. Will most likely declineany dash orders at this time in the future. Read more

Order was all messed up missing food , tacos not dressed right and the cashier was very rude about my food being messed up as... if I messed it up myself rolled her eyes and said we are not fixing you food through the drive thru if you want your food fixedyou can pull around if you like because we have people waiting on their food behind you i replied of course i don't want to pullaround and got ready to pull off to go inside and she said something smart so at this point i said just give me my money backshe mumbled and walk away someone called for the manager and once the manager came to the window the manager name was marsha sheoffered to fix my food but at this point i no longer want it because it has became a hostile situation and when I asked for theyoung lady name the manager proceeded to yell dont pick on her teenagers and they are just kids . I asked for my money back andshe refused to give me my money and told me she could give me my new food . Why would I trust a manager to remake my food thatis willing to make excuses for employees and their actions. I come here multiple times since I have a place nearby. Orders are always messed up, they don't listen to what you want ordered.... Card machine is down all the time, even though we live in a generation we're anyone barely carries cash. Read more
