I ordered cookies. I didn't even get the cookies I ordered! I got there first & the lady started to make my food. Then she... stopped & started making another guys food. I was there first! I dont even know where to start! This subway is horrible... I ordered the ultimate cheesey garlic bread sandwich and it took... the guy almost twenty minutes to make it! My bread was burnt, the steak wasn't even hot, and he over did it with the sauce..that was the worst ten bucks I've ever spent on a sandwich!! This subway is in a gas station & is very small. There was only 1 guy working there & he must be been new because he took his... sweet old time folding each piece of meat "just right". Don't even know how long I stood in line waiting. And to top it off,when I went to get my drink for my meal deal, the tea was all water. When I told the guy at the cashier that the tea was out, hewent in the back to change it. Then told me they were all out. Unacceptable. He was prob just too lazy & didn't wana change it.I will not be visiting this subway ahain & I do not recommend that anyone pay them patronage either Read more

I am very disappointed with the online order system for the store. I am vegetarian and usually order veggie patty. Since last... one month I am not able to find "veggie Patty" option online and it shows "product unavailable". We informed multiple times tothe store employees and manager however, the issue is still not fixed. It should be taken care immediately. Read more
