Absolutely Terrible experience here!!! After My mother came out of the restroom, she and I went outside and an employee came... out, and began accusing my mother of stealing a hand soap dispenser. I [being confident in that neither me or my mom had donesuch a thing] told the employee that he could look thru our paper BK bags and each of our purses . He then took out his cellphone and began taking photos of us and calling us names. this all took place while others were inside eating. 45 minutes to get our food when we were only second in the drive thru... The person ahead of us didn't order much and we only... got a kids meal and a regular meal. How was our food both burnt And cold? And they charged us for an item they didn't giveus. They never have the staff to properly run and clearly the employees are not trained or expected to have basic fastfoodstandards... It's not the staff's fault, it's the owner's and those they hired to actually run the place. Read more

Horrible service. My wife waited in the drive-thru for 35 mins to get our order. My child's burger didn't have a patty on it!... How do you forget the key component of a cheeseburger? The cheese on the "burger" looks old and crusty, as if the "burger" wasmade yesterday. Horrified that my child took a bite of this disgusting thing. Read more
Drive thru intercom is broke, took a little longer to get through the drive through. It will be fixed soon. Love the whopper,... love the whopper jr even more for some reason and of course you have to try one or two of the one dollar tacos. Read more
