This location needs training on sandwich making. Condiments are either non existent or so messy its on the outside of my bread.... Even when my sandwiches come messy the inside is always dry to mu h lettuce on mcchickens. It feels like employees are careless. Read more

The Hispanic guy taking my order and money was very friendly, the skinny white girl with glasses handing the food was rude and... couldn't even smile both times in drive thru within a hour. So, ordered online. They don't even start your order until you prove you're there... and yet we still had to wait 20 minutes for... our food, AFTER we proved we were there. There were 2 door dash people waiting just as long.... and HELLA door dash orderssitting there getting cold. I believe there were 2 people making food and 4 others bagging. Simply ridiculous. Just a darn good chocolate chip cookie! Crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside even after sitting out for a while. Large... chunks of chocolate that tastes great, but spots with no chocolate too, as not to overwhelm your tastebuds. Way to go McDonald?son G ???? Read more
instead of hot coffee I was made ice cream, after I told the staff that this is not what I ordered, I was assured that now will... serve what was in the order. As a result, I waited 15 minutes, and I was served cold coffee instead of hot, and then ingeneral, they said that their coffee maker broke. I am upset because the purpose of my visit was hot coffee. Hated my experience. The day I go they have no soft drinks and no frozen drinks. Burger was okay. And the fries were okay. I... probably caught them on an off day short on supplies. It's McDonald's, what more can I say? The food is nostalgic, the customer service at this location is always wonderful and they... always get my order right. We have two locations in Lincoln and I can't recommend one over the other, they're both great. Read more
