Good salad but small portions of the main ingredient lettuce.. few bites worth of lettuce then eating all the fixings.. Sandwich... was pretty skimpy with the turkey filling as well. Tasted good though. Recommend just a little more lettuce at least to theline in the tray then start adding fixings... Didn't even bother to put dressing on because there wasn't enough lettuce. The main focus of this restaurant is, of course, salads. They have several pre designed salads to choose from, or you can make... your own. The portion sizes are large, which is nice. Slight issue is the roles they give you are frozen and dry. The issuewith the salads is that some of the items they use on the salad are not as organic or fresh as you would think. Processed baconbits and run-of-the-mill delie turkey was not what we expected. The sandwiches are ok. The turkey cheadder bacon was betterthan the chicken buffalo. Both were not worth their $12 price tag. The place has a good idea but at $12 for every item is a bitoverpriced for what you are getting. Read more
My wife and I were looking for a good salad in Lincoln and this is the place! Last week we gave Saladworks a shot and loved it.... I got the Avocado Cobb Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and it was delicious! Totally customizable to whatever you wanton your salad and can create your own with many different dressings to choose from. Portions are a good size! My wife felt likeshe could have split her salad with me, but I was extra hungry from doing my weekend chores all day and decided to get myself awhole salad and a large soda pop :) Note: the sodas are all organic if you?re into that kind of thing ;) I usually go for thetoxic unhealthy sodas! I?ve been here a few times and each time I?m very pleased. The quality of the ingredients are always fresh. This last encounter... was exceptional. I called in 2 salads, one for myself and one for my picky daughter. The gal recognized that I was ordering formy child and took the initiative to make the smaller size. Both salads were packed and looked amazing. They exceeded myexpectations and I felt that they were of great value. I cannot wait to return. I pray that they keep such high standards. The food was fresh and well portioned. For what it would cost to go to the store and buy all of the ingredients that it would... take to put some of these salads together I think it's a darn good value. I had the Chinese Chicken salad and it was quitetasty. Hoping this place will do well as it's great to have some healthy quick food options available here in Lincoln. Staffwas great too! Read more
