I stopped by here for lunch today and ordered a Turkey Italiano like I always do at Subway. The guy behind the counter said they... can't make that sandwich. I told him it's exactly the same as the BMT, just subbing turkey for the ham. He said, "I know what itis. We don't do that. We can make it for you but it will be extra." I told him I order it all the time at Subway and he told methey don't do it at their location. I tried one last time and said, "Can't you just ring it up as a BMT?" He said no, we can'tdo that. I left. On my way to where I was going I stopped by the Subway on Greenback and ordered the exact same thing. Noquestions were asked and they rang it up as a BMT like every other Subway always does. This subway deserves to be out of business they refused to make the sandwich my wife ordered right. Their app is messed up and... glitched her order unable to verify before sending. I went here today, was the only one in the store. The guy behind the counter said he'd be with me in a minute as he made an... order of 3 sandwiches that was ordered online. Wouldn't it have been nice if he made my one small sandwich before he proceededto make an order for someone that wasn't even there to pick up? Needless to say, I didn't wait. Read more

Don’t go to Subway on Sterling park drive. I ordered two sandwiches which they proceeded to get wrong. I couldn’t see... anything behind the glass cause of all the stickers in front of the vegetables. I complained but didn’t help. When I took thesandwiches back CARLOS refused to remake them. And he got smart with me blaming the problem on me! Who made the sandwichCarlos??? So I asked for my money back, all of it including my tip. He refused to give me any manager information.
