Don’t go to Subway on Sterling park drive. I ordered two sandwiches which they proceeded to get wrong. I couldn’t see... anything behind the glass cause of all the stickers in front of the vegetables. I complained but didn’t help. When I took thesandwiches back CARLOS refused to remake them. And he got smart with me blaming the problem on me! Who made the sandwichCarlos??? So I asked for my money back, all of it including my tip. He refused to give me any manager information. I will NEVERBE BACK! Go to Twelve Bridges Subway. They are so friendly and not that much further to drive. Read more

I stopped by here for lunch today and ordered a Turkey Italiano like I always do at Subway. The guy behind the counter said they... can't make that sandwich. I told him it's exactly the same as the BMT, just subbing turkey for the ham. He said, "I know what itis. We don't do that. We can make it for you but it will be extra." I told him I order it all the time at Subway and he told methey don't do it at their location. I tried one last time and said, "Can't you just ring it up as a BMT?" He said no, we can'tdo that. I left. On my way to where I was going I stopped by the Subway on Greenback and ordered the exact same thing. Noquestions were asked and they rang it up as a BMT like every other Subway always does. Based on other reviews I read about thislocation this type of customer service seems to be common. I will not be back to this location. Read more

This subway deserves to be out of business they refused to make the sandwich my wife ordered right. Their app is messed up and... glitched her order unable to verify before sending. On top of this they have horrible customer service skills. The same goeswith ordering through any app! DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! Read more

I went here today, was the only one in the store. The guy behind the counter said he'd be with me in a minute as he made an... order of 3 sandwiches that was ordered online. Wouldn't it have been nice if he made my one small sandwich before he proceededto make an order for someone that wasn't even there to pick up? Needless to say, I didn't wait. Read more

Would give 0 stars first subway to not give extra onions on my sandwhich and i only get one topping which is onions go to... different subway avoid. They need better managment here Read more

Walked in and when gentlemen was preparing 3 sandwiches I'm assuming for an online order and there was a girl who was doing... nothing but whinning to him. She had gloves on but was playing with her hair. I hope she changed them before touchingsomebody else's food. Around 4:15 p.m. August 11, 2021. I entered this Lincoln, ca. Location because I live in Lincoln and I want to buy from my local... vendors and subway restaurants. Unfortunately, this is the third time I find myself confronted by a Spanish speaking man calling himself Carlos of short statured. He asked me what I needed. I asked for a footlong steak and cheese sandwich with drinkand chips. He charged me over $16.00. I gave him my cell phone to scan the $7.99 special He laughed and said go somewhere elsebecause they dont accept that special. So I went the nicolaus store paid $7.99 plus tax. That store had a line out the doorand actually ran out of my favorite bread but Iwas ok with substitute. I have been here several times and noticed the absenceof customers every day and time. The owner is losing big money as these employees don't seem to care about the results orexistence of the store. I'm a businessman myself and I would take immediate action and restructure employees. My Aunt got us sandwiches there and they overcharged her by one sandwich. She goes there all the time. The next day she... brought her receipt in and the manager who charged her out told her she was lying and he charged for the correct amount. Theylost more business here.
