We visited the Waffle Shop in downtown Lincoln today and had an absolutely amazing experience!! The food was excellent and every... staff member we came into contact with was extremely professional, friendly, and sincere. In this day and age, it?s just hard tofind both great food and great service. My husband was extremely impressed with the biscuits and gravy, he?s a bit of aconnoisseur, and I was so happy he finally got what he was expecting. The atmosphere was also very nice and the restrooms wereclean. We had a blueberry waffle combo with eggs and sausage, a veggie omelette, and a shop special omelette (meat lovers). Wehighly recommend the Waffle Shop and we will be back!!! Read more

Great service, huge portions, and delicious food. Short wait for party of two but it was well worth it. I wish I had ordered the... chicken and waffles because I saw several other people order it after I made my selection. However we were very happy with ourorders as well. We went with the All-American breakfast, one chicken fried steak and one sausage patty. Tried the biscuits andgravy and it was also really good. Thanks waffle shop, we'll be back! Read more
Randomly visited one day for brunch and was amazing. Food was great, I had an omelette with hash browns and it was super yummy,... hash browns were cooked just perfectly. Service was exceptional, and the general atmosphere was calming, large windows in theback bring in some very nice natural light which was very welcoming on a winter day.
