My husband and I are dinner there at Wendy's. Had the burger with 2 patties on pretzel bread, I couldn't finish it. It looks... small but it is really good and feeling. Price is high... Very high.. nothing to do with the people that work there though as they do an awesome job accommodating to my... keto/carnivore lifestyle ..they'll give me patties with cheese only but have to charge full price as if it's a whole Burger..I'm not paying for the whole Burger so I shouldn't have to pay the whole Burger. But I do realize it's not their fault so I'llgo until they change it eventually I'll have to start bringing my own food and stop going there.. Read more
Went in around 8pm. The whole group was smiling and having fun while getting work done. Our order came up quickly and... accurately. My wife and I are truck drivers and found it quite refreshing, we see the exact opposite regularly. It was apleasant surprise and we will stop by again. Read more
I?ve usually never had an issue here but tonight I was just grossed out. I understand employees getting hungry and eating on the... job, no big deal, but while the person working the window, they were handing me my food eating so loudly with there mouth openand talking to me at the same time! I when inside to eat around 11:30, there was 5 people in line it took roughly 5mins to order and about the same time to get my... food. I order a Jr cheeseburger, cheese fries and a medium drink and it cost $7. The cheeseburger was very good and the frieswere cold. The dining room was clean with plenty of sitting. Over a good lunch. I?m traveling ????, needed a restroom pit stop, and enjoy Wendy?s so I placed a mobile order for ?dine in?. The restroom had... almost an inch of feces water on the floor and both toilets ???? not usable with waste and tissue everywhere! Horrible!Absolutely not usable. I Notified a staff member. Next they say I have to wait in line with 18 people in front of me to ?checkin? instead of allowing me to check in at the counter side that says ?mobile orders?. ??????? Doesn?t make sense to wait 20minutes in line to check in for an order I prepaid for via mobile 15 minutes before walking into the store. That was over 35minutes for an order. After eating my food I went back to restroom bc I still needed to use it and wash up, it was stillfilthy! No clean up! I counted over 7 staff members working yet no one, in the span of 1 full hour, was instructed to clean therestrooms with such a large flow of customers, with children, coming in. This is unsanitary, filthy, & unacceptable! Please getbetter management at this location before someone gets sick ????. 30 years ago when I worked fast food restaurants it wasmandatory to make rounds to clean the restrooms and lobby no matter how busy we were or how I felt about it. Staff was friendly. We got our food quickly. My husband really liked their new Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich.
