Food was NOT FRESH at all! Cold and the pizza is made out Pita pockets upon checking closely the rest looked disgusting! CS is... a disaster. Hope someone buys it and turns it around! Order was wrong. Called and the lady on the phone, kept looking forexcuses, as to why I didn't get the Buffalo Wings for $11 bucks but regular tenders kid size. Pizza was a mess not fresh. Shewouldn't fix the issue . Even, said their chicken for the day, was spoiled, so why serve at all chicken of any kind? DOH shouldinspect the place. Over $40 down the drain! 0 STARS DONT RECOMMEND! Wasn't good and bad service was told theres no buffalo wings just boneless so i said ok and asked for blue cheese and got just... small boneless chicken tenders and it was same price $11.. Why would i ask for blue cheese with regular boneless chicken plus itwas undercooked. Upon calling back she told me chicken that day was spoiled, thats why no Buffalo wings. However, why serve anyat all? DOH needs to pay them a visit. Didn't get any better on the phone kept saying that she said no bone in, when i saidBuffalo sauce is ok it is a sauce nothing to do with bones in or out! Lol, and i now know that wasnt fresh! Our favourite pizzeria and our favourite Pats location. The special extra is that Lincoln Pats do not have an air fryer which... means their juicy wings and other items like fries are oven-baked. Less fat, more taste. Friendly on top servers and staff, fastservice, combined with Americana patriotic decor in a warm wooden dining room. 2 entrences /Parking in the front and back, cleanrestrooms, great food, good prices. We ate at the Lincoln location once. The service wasn?t good, felt like we were a burden actually. But sometimes people have a... bad day so I let it slide. Then someone came in with a screaming child and appeared to know the people working - didn?t getfood, was just chatting while their child wailed relentlessly. For a long time. Like long enough that we ate some of ourmediocre pizza and were waiting for the check while they chatted - ever raising their voices because the unhappy child keptgetting louder. Finally got out check and paid. No thank you. No check in to see how our meal was. Perhaps it was an off day forthem but why take the risk in going back when there are places to eat in town that have good food and are welcoming? Read more
This place is always delicious, we?ve been coming here for years. We like it so much we often buy partially cooked pizzas to... bring home (out of state). They also have gluten free options which is a big win if you need that. Read more
food is fine, kinda unorganized and staff didn?t really pay much attention to us until we asked about our pick up order. place... was also covered in trump posters, pictures, merchandise, signs, and calendars and it didn?t feel welcoming to any otherbeliefs, my family and i personally didn?t enjoy that. I have been eating at Pat's Pizza in Lincoln for years..usually at least once a week. Always great service and excellent food!... The best thin crust pizza around! And the Mac and cheese is THE BEST!! I look forward to my weekly visits! From the inside ofthe restaurant, to the outside, don't ever change a thing! Read more
