Server was amazing.. never let my drink go cold or empty, made everything right when it was cooked wrong.. and would go there... time and time again even if the order was all wrong just because of the service. Thank you for the free Veteran's meal last Friday. My husband loved it and the free Bud light. They were so terribly busy but we... still got great service. We sat at the bar and the young man who waited on us was so chipper and fun. Didn't get his name but hehas been there since January. I ordered the chicken alfredo. It was delicious. Ate at the Old Cheney in Lincoln NE. The service was alright. He became overwhelmed quickly as the dinner rush came in. We had... the Sampler and it was the best we have had out of all the Applebee's we have been to. The prime rib sandwich was really greatand kids loved their pizza and pasta. I had the endless boneless wings. They were average, not much different then anywhere elseyou can get them. Over all 4 out of 5 because they did for get to remove the onions from the prime rib sandwich but they didremake it and we had to remind the waiter on a few not too important things. The overall waiting staff seemed grumpy and likethey didn't want to be there. Read more
Worst service, would not recommend or come back to this location. Things started out good, waiter greeted us and got us drinks.... Once they came back, we felt rushed to order. They kept coming and waiting for us to order without giving us time to look overthe menu. After, things were good once we got our food. Once we finished eating, we were waiting for the check and boxes to gobut were ignored repeatedly. The waiter kept passing by and was also eating food/drinking near where we were sitting. We waitedabout 30 minutes for the check and did not get it until we had to catch their attention. Once we got our check and box, wewaited an additional 20 minutes just to get checked out. Once again we were ignored and passed by multiple times despite thecheck and our card ready for them to grab. We had to get up and ask another employee to check us out due to waiting so long. We went at 11am on a Saturday to avoid crowds. The host sat us promptly and told us who our server would be and took our drink... order. Our server came over shortly after and made sure our drink order had been taken and explained that they are short-staffedand that she is also the bartender. Despite being short-staffed, all of the workers we had did manage to keep on top of ourorder, drinks, offered dessert, and were friendly. It was a very enjoyable midday weekend outing. Read more
We came in during a rush when there weren't many servers. We waited the 15 min and were treated so well by the staff. It was... just me and my two small children so we could've been overlooked but they treated us like everyone else. Definitely worth goingto. ?? Read more
I received excellent service from Amelia today while having lunch with my family. We did have to wait a decently long time to be... seated as the restaurant was very understaffed. But the exceptional service made up for any negatives my family and Iexperienced while dining in. Read more
