I give them two stars for the food. Customer service is zero. I asked for a tea bag and was told a big NO!!!..The waiter walked... away and never gave me the tea bag. The other waiter who witnessed the exchange walked over and apologized. He said the guy wasalways like that and he was in an extra bad mood that day. He got us tea bags. I observed the same waiter being rude to afamily sitting opposite us. That almost got me into a confrontational mood but my friend calmed me down. If he is notinterested in his work the best thing is to look for another job. I was later told by another bird that he is related to theowner and feels he can do or say anything. I have loved going to this restaurant but now I never want to set my foot thereever again. If you are looking for a restaurant where you are treated with dignity go somewhere else. Read more

They'll steal from you by using your credit card info after you leave. After I left, they used my credit card info to change my... 15% tip to 20%. Like, really? I was always totally fine with their food being below average and sketchy, but after having thiscriminal experience, I would rather suffer in Iowa for the rest of my life than ever go back and give these thieves more of mymoney, much less my credit card information. 2 Weeks Ago--Two adult & a 10 yrs daughter for dinner. Food was cold, over cooked, poor selections. While paying over $50 asked... politely if there were new cooks. Not only our waiter but the manager too kept their backs towards. Both continued to speak toeach other in their own language. I will never eat there again myself!!! I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the buffet tonight. There wasn't a single item that I ate, that was... disappointing in any way! Asian Buffet is almost always a great experience but, like any buffet,...now and then something maybegot a little dry or cold, etc. Not tonight! Every single bite was truly delicious! Read more
My family and I visited the ASAIN BUFFET in Lincoln Ne on October 08, 2021 and really enjoyed the wonderful selection of food.... The quality was excellent with everything being hot and fresh.
