I had an online order which all was good but I decided to wait in line for coffee. I was pretty patient to the point that the... employees didn?t notice me in line and would rather help next people in line. I waited a good 15 minutes and then had enough.Someone cut in to purchase a gift card and still didn?t noticed I was waiting so I left and went somewhere else. Seward location- Food is excellent, but there?s definitely room for improvement when it comes to their service. We went in... around 10 am on a Saturday and it took over 20 minutes to get to the counter, and another 15 minutes for someone to actuallytake our order. We stood there and watched several employees come in and out of the back, bumping into each other and some juststanding around unsure what to do. Several employees were making online/carry out orders without acknowledging the growing lineof customers standing at their counter. Once someone actually took our order, the food came out relatively quickly. I think thislocation needs some leadership, organization, and process development before it would warrant another visit. Ordered my food online, waited to pick it up, 10 minutes after being in the store and watching employees laugh and play on their... phones, they asked me to repeat my order cause they forgot. 35 minutes total for a bagel. Read more
We had a carry out order, the food and drinks were great, however we were hoping to be greeted and shown some sort of customer... service. We were ignored and told that if we see our items then we could leave. Not the first time we?ve felt this level ofunfriendliness at this location. I hope this will change. Read more
Do Not order for delivery. We ordered for our office lunch today, and two of the orders came with wrong or missing items. I... ordered the Duo, a half bagel cheddar swiss club, with tomato, lettuce, avocado, bacon, and Basil Aioli. I did not get theavocado or bacon (paid extra for those) and got onion. I'm allergic to raw onion. and as my second item I got the BlueberryWALNUT salad with the balsamic vinaigrette....it came with almonds, good thing I was allergic to those too! and did not includethe vinaigrette, instead I got honey mustard....my coworker got the strawberry chicken salad, and was understanding aboutthere being no chicken, however, she was missing her dressing. when we went to reorder the items that were missing or wrong. Icalled to make sure that the correct items were in the order. Again, received a Blueberry ALMOND salad, and house dressing, withno dressing for the strawberry chicken salad, and no balsamic vinaigrette. If you are going to offer delivery, please do better. They changed the quiches over the last year and it?s so disappointing. What used to be an amazing French style quiche and a true... old world recipe. is now a gross, dry, cheesy (not in a good way) dry round circle with crust that just tastes old. Had a goodrun of quiches for decades, sad to see it go this direction. Read more
