I enjoyed viewing several "new this week" displays. The store was clean and well organized. I was disappointed with the service.... Not a single worker said anything to me or offered any assistance. As I went by the service desk there were 5 workers chatting.When I went to pay, there was 1 cashier and 6 customers waiting in line. Very disappointing. Read more

Went into this b and n to get a baby book for a baby shower. Quickly found a good book, this store has a good selection and is... well organized. After picking the book decided to check out the cute animal puppets nearby. Had fun trying them on with my bf.We were being respectful and just having a good time. An employee came over and crabbed at us that we needed to put the puppetsback where we found them and not leave them in a mess( we had already put every puppet back where we got it from and were notmaking a mess). Woman then proceeded to say but ?you guys look like adults so I?m sure you?ll know to put them back?. She waspretty rude. We didn?t say much to her and just left but she soured the experience unnecessarily. Read more

We have always loved visiting the Barnes And Noble store in Lincoln ever since we moved here in 2013! It is a large store has a... great atmosphere and a large collection of books music and toys The presence of a Starbucks in there is one of the major drawsfrom my family and me! The store staff are always available, helpful and very friendly! Over the years we have made a largenumber of purchases of books and toys and DVDs etc. at the store and I must admit that a majority of them have been completelydiscretionary however it has been worth the trip and worth the time spent, looking for interesting material! I never regretmaking purchases from this Barnes & Noble and we will continue to patronize them for the foreseeable future Read more

Amazing bookstore with a wide selection. Their books are a little pricey, so you may want to wait until they run promotions. ... Also, I would definitely recommend going to their cafe. They have amazing drinks and pastries. I can't wait to go there again! Read more
