We don?t usually vent online about restaurants, but making an exception tonight?..BWWs downtown needs some improvement. Started... off good, helpful bartender and was willing to help with Jason?s faulty app. THEN, placed our order and start the foreverwaiting to only get cold food?.cold chicken sucks! No checking on us and then when we ask for the ticket and tell her food wascold, she never came back!! Fast forward 25 minutes before we hailed down the manager, and he was not the sharpest tool in theshed ??????? we could have dined and dashed too easily! So for $72, not worth it for a LONG time!!!! One of the best places I visit for veterans days. 2022 was 10 boneless and fries. Even though I prefer traditional wings. I... stopped coming because the wings were so small and the bones were often broken. But the wings have improved over the years. Soit's a place I visit more often. I used to go to buffalo wild wings all the time when I was a kid with my dad, this time I went with my boyfriend to become... completely terrified of this place all together. Not only was the food below average, but the waitstaff didn't have the time ofday to pay attention to our order or make us feel cozy for spending $50 on a night out. It was a big scam. She was obviously init for the money, which I don't blame her, but honestly I wanted to scream. We pay for convenience and comfortable dinners. On 10/10/2022 the boyfriend and I decided to go out to eat. We stopped going to the buffalo wild wings on HWY 2 because of the... service. So we decided to go back to the downtown location. Our server greeted us and got us our drinks. We order our appetizerand meal at the same time, expecting our appetizer to be brought out 1st. We got our wings and fries 1st and asked about ourappetizer. Our waitress didn't know where our appetizer was and reordered it. When she went back to asked about our appetizer Inoticed that my wings that were suppose to have the chipotle dry rub on them. They looked like they had no dry rub at all. Ourwaitress took my plate and asked if I would like them to be spin again. I said yes. When my plate was came back , they threwmore sauce(the sauce wings were fine to begin with) and rub was just throw on as well. So some of my wings were still just plainwings. We ordered our food. The wings come out with no sauce we asked to speak to manager. (Waldo) He said our food was nothing wrong... with it. We told him to please leave. As he was walking away he told us we could pay for our meal and leave without eating. Soif you you go to the downtown location make sure everything is to your liking because Waldo the manager was rude. the waitress and service was excellent! my husband ordered the new dorito flavored wings and they were tasty! he also had the... mango habenaro (very spicy, but good!) and fries, which were good. i ordered the house sampler and it was exceptional, i enjoyedthe variety of appetizers and sauces. the mac n cheese was yummy and for drinks we had a water with lemon and the strawberrylemonade. i would recommend trying the new dorito wings, if you are curious! Orange chicken, honey BBQ, and mild, where all amazing tonight, wings where not over done, All American burger was cooked... perfectly and was very good. our server Lilly was very friendly and very helpful. Kept the drinks full and made sure we wherealways good. Food came quick. Plenty of seating and there was no wait...a great Sunday evening dinner! Read more
