My order was suppose to have onion rings in it instead of fries and well the morning manager said they would replace the whole... meal. Well by the time I got it tonight they said they could only replace the onion rings! Well my fiancé went through to getthe same thing I got. They messed up his order too. So I went in personally to deal with it. Still didn't get my meal replacedand I won't. They fixed my fiancés order though. They don't even deserve the 1 start. They mess up WAY TOO MUCH! Read more

The wait was very long in the drive thru. Then they got my order wrong, walk in was closed at 12:30 pm.had to wait in drive thru... once again long wait. Finally got my food and it was horrible. Did not taste like a whopper. Read more

I think its only a matter of time until all the employees walk off the job or this one closes. Terrible service. Drove... through on a Saturday for lunch and they were out of their Whoppers. Their signature burger. How does that happen? Read more

Don't go to this location. This place is a disaster. The parking lot is destroyed, they've had a chair blocking one of the... drive thru lanes for weeks, the menus look like they're falling apart, and they're obviously horribly understaffed. The lasttime I went it took at least 25 minutes to get food. Looking through the window it was obvious they just don't have enoughemployees. About 3 people working there total. Finally, I went today at 1130am, and ordered ahead on the app. I pulled up tothe drive thru and waited for 5 minutes for service at the menu. Nothing. I thought maybe something was wrong with the drivethru so I parked to go inside. The doors were locked. As I got in my car more people pulled up, and pulled through, so I got inline again. Turns out, everyone was just giving up and leaving, so I cancelled my order and went somewhere else. I'm lucky myjob is flexible enough that I can just burn a lunch hour waiting for nothing, but most people don't have that privilege, andsome people can't buy lunch and wait 3 days for BK to refund them. Until this place can hire enough staff to even run thestore, I would say just avoid it. If you're a manager or owner of this location, you should probably think about offering aliving wage for your staff. Maybe you'll have enough people to open the building. And I can't imagine the ones that actuallyshow up are happy they have to do the work of multiple people. Read more

I drove through and tried to get one sandwich on Friday morning. Ordered a double croissanwich sausage and bacon no egg. ... Verified with order taker that it would have cheese x2 and sausage and bacon and NO egg. Got to window to pay. They wereredoing the order because she had "pressed" wrong button and put in biscuit not croissant. Then when I opened sandwich it didnot have cheese and bacon was burnt. When I walked back into lobby and complained, they didn't fix sandwich but handed me 2pieces of cheese. Never going back. Bacon was so burnt I couldn't eat it. Read more
