We were in the drive thru from start to finish 37 mins...not very fast for fast food. Then as soon as we received our drinks...I... knew the order was wrong. There were 4 instead of 3. I told the employee something was wrong. She read the order back and shehad added another whole meal. I received a refund for the meal in cash, which I was good with. We got home and discover one ofthe orders was wrong. My son wanted the Bacon & Swiss Chicken and got a Whooper. We won't be going back to this location. Read more

This burger King is God awful. The foods is made good but the customer service in the store is absolutely ridiculous. Went in a... few times broiler was down, system is been down frequently and they keep forgetting food on my orders. What is going on at thisstore where they don't pay attention to their job ? Ordered our family food, get home 1 sandwich missing, called and was told to come in today to get it, fries and onion rings were... cold and nasty. But didn't complain just wanted sandwich. Go back through the drive thru today and told I had to come inside,cold and rainy why do I need to come inside because drive thru had cars. Whatever never coming back to Burger King again. Read more
