I went through the drivethru at 40th and old Cheney, they said wait a minute, I waited 4 minutes before I drove away. Then I... went to the drivethru at 48 and van dorn. I ordered 2 quarter pound king sandwiches, 8 cheese sticks and 8 chicken nuggets. Igot jalapeño poppers instead of cheese sticks. I went back to make it right, but the dining room was closed and nobody answeredthe phone. Two guys left the restaurant while the phone was ringing, to have their break. The phone machine said leave a messageand then said the messages were full and couldn't take another one. My friend said I need to be a "Karen" to get service, butI'm not a "Karen," I'm just a frustrated customer. Read more
