What's up with your staff? Came for a delivery from uber, one of the employees says ?show me on my screen what order you... have? Should I display my order? I'm a delivery man! Food here is always hit or miss, I've definitely had orders not fulfilled correctly and once was told they were out of something... at the window instead of the speaker so I had to ask for something else on the fly. Since the covid pandemic it seems that the food industry has been turned on its ear. It's a tragedy that so many restaurants did... not make it through the pandemic. Every restaurant I visit is operating with a skeleton crew and seeking help. Having to offer15 dollars or more per hour, even for inexperienced workers, has driven the price of even a simple meal to go up dramatically. Iguess that I expected that the quality of food and service would also go up. Unfortunately I have found that this doesn't seemto be the case. My experience today was that the restaurant had run out of sugar free drink options. I learned this afterordering and paying for a meal that included a drink. After eating I asked to be refunded cost of the drink that I didn't have.Apparently something about Burger King's system doesn't allow refunds. I was given some options including a three quarters emptytwo liter diet Coke. I was not interested in a bottle of soda that I didn't know who or how many people had handled. All Iwanted was to be reimbursed for what I paid for and didn't get. I felt that was reasonable, but I guess that it wasn't. I leftwithout a refund. My only recourse is to exercise the ultimate form of protest and not return. Read more
If you have to put customers on hold for over 5 mins and then have to wait another 10 mins after that for your food during the... slowest part of the day why is this restaurant open? Been terrible for years. This franchise is clearly incompetent and shouldhave their Franchise license revoked. My opinion of Burger King as a company is as low as it can be thanks to this god awfulfranchise and how inconsistent and terribly run their stores are. They?re just slandering the Burger King name. Absolutely terrible. We pulled up and the front doors are locked with just a chain wrapped around them. No sign stating why just... locked with a chain. I called to ask why the dining room wasn't open as there was no sign and breaking fire code with the doorlock. She said we can literally take it off, I asked if a manager was there and she said I am the manager and goodbye and hungup. No wonder you can't get any employees with management material like this.
