So much business and so many workers but its chaos in there. Pizza gal was Swamped. Phone rings constantly w no answer. Clerk... asked her if she was gonna answer instead of helping. Restocking cigarettes instead of having 2 checkouts over lunch hour seemsmismanaged. Read more
This location is a waste to even be open at this point. Every time I go in there, food isn?t ready (grab and go). There is ONE... cashier with 10-15 people in line, during hours when it?s busy?.. and if you choose to wait, turns into a 15-20 minute wait inline, I can drive to the one up on 34 and get back before I?d get help at this one, something I shouldn?t have to do.. Why isthere someone doing cigarette inventory at 430pm - 500pm at night, when there is a line 10+ people deep waiting to be checkedout. It?s a shame. There isn?t anything Convenient about the place. 10/10 don?t recommend getting the car wash subscription you?ll never be able to use it because there car wash is closed during... the day every time I?ve been there the last few days. What a waste of money. Read more
What is going on at the pumps on 9/4/22? Had a lot of problems with a pump reboot, then once I could get it to work, there was... no unleaded. Few of the pumps were broken with yellow bags over the handles. Yikes. Read more
I?m not certain why the kitchen offers food at this point. I called 3 times in effort to order food for pickup, and the phone... rang and rang with no answer. I live a few minutes away so we drove down there in person and there is two people working rightnext to the phone and another leaning on the food counter just hanging out. No reason to not pick up the phone. Then we orderedour food (16 piece boneless hot wings, 16 piece bone-in hot wings) and were told 20 min wait time. Fast foward 35 min, and wereceive our food. We get home and both the bone in and the boneless are not hot wings, at all. They are plain. Not going to begiving this place any more business with the kind of apathy abut service. This store employee Tiffany is a rude and disrespectful person! Every time I go there she gives me a problem! She won't sell me... stuff and refuses to check me out. I've asked many times for her boss number and she refuses to give it! She should not be amanager there! There is a black girl there that is very nice and always help me when I come. She told me that I could leave areview and see if someone will contact me. I really don't like Tiffany at all she is so negative and ghetto! Usually a good Casey's but never been here on lunch hour. 3 cashiers up front only one actually working 10 people in line. No... food made 2 workers in back just talking not making any food. Place is horrible at times with 20 minute lines to pay for your stuff. Plus people are horrible and park in the gas spots to go... inside which can take 20 minutes and you can't get fuel. Last thing is they are always out of anything I go there to buy. Veryfrustrating. Could be an excellent store if there were not so many idiots out there ruining it for everyone else Read more
