Had a wonderful lunch here, absolutely delicious.
Was here three years ago, terrible service on that visit, ordered drinks, one was wrong, ordered an appetizer, got the wrong... appetizer, then talked to the manager and left after being ignored for 45 minutes. Came back today, hoping things had improved;they had not. Waited 15 minutes before we even got seated, waited another 15 minutes before we saw a waitress. After ordering ittook 20 minutes to just get the appetizer we ordered. And it was the wrong one. Waitress was able to fix it quickly, and we paidand left. Afterwards, we went to my sister?s house and told her about the very slow service. She told me that this particularchilis has a reputation of terrible service with the locals and that she doesn?t know how it?s still in business. Read more
I know they're having staffing issues post COVID, but we were here almost 90 minutes. I don't think it was the server's fault,... but it seemed like the kitchen couldn't keep up with a less than half full restaurant. And due to staffing issues they closedearly at 8:00, which is fine, but they lock the doors at like 7:40. Back when I waited tables, that's not how it worked. Read more

I was this place without expecting much about the food, the truth is that the food we ordered delicious, in good temperature,... and the best thing was the service of KARINA attended very friendly. I've never actually been to a Chili's before. The food was really good and the waitress was wonderful. I was just surprised at... how long the wait was - there were a couple completely empty sections. Read more
