The only thing good about this place was the waiter clearing plates from tables....food was very bland, no taste, the jalapeño... chicken had half way cooked, raw pieces in it. Why would you want to eat more after seeing that...brought it to the attention ofthe manager on duty, she acted like it wasn't a big deal and basically shrugged it off. Called district manager who's number wason restaurant door, he had to call restaurant and tell them to refund my son's portion.... Read more
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. the place is dirty, the waitress we had however was wonderful......such a sweet girl... and she worked hard and was so friendly. The food was awful. Some dishes had so much grease in it you could literally pour itout of the plate! the chicken dishes were tough, tasteless and awful. Even the grill was dirty and the food had ice covered allover it so you could clearly see it was freezer burnt. the guy running the grill was a very grumpy man, we couldn't even get asmile out of him. Absolutely atrocious. When my daughter and I arrived we were ignored for a good 5 minutes, then we were sat at a dirty table.... The food was hot, however it tasted horrible. And I mean all of it. It was either soggy or tasted spoiled. My daughter's waterhad hair in it and the waitress was being overly passive aggressively fake. Was an absolute waste of $35 and the fortune cookieat the end of the night had no fortune in it. Which I guess really summed up the entire experience. 0/10 do not waste your time,tummy, or money. Getting a table for 3 only took a few minutes, & it was a Friday night! The food was delicious & had new options(or at least... what I noticed). There were also some size changes in their mushrooms, which I appreciate personally. They are more bite-sized,& still taste amazing. Read more
Prices are high. A Pepsi is almost 9$. More than half of it is ice and water and a little sugar????. If I could give you zero... stars I would absolutely. Read more
This place has gone WAY downhill in the past few years. The whole place us filthy. Service is non-existent. Mongolian grill food... didn’t look fresh enough to risk. The buffet food was flavorless and unnecessarily oily. I won’t return. Read more
