i have never written a google review before but i have been screwed over by this chipotle one too many times. the staff always... looks at me like they wish i would just keel over and die when i walk in. they have started holding mobile orders behind thecounter (presumably to reduce the number of stolen orders) but when you walk in to pick it up, they just ignore you. even whenyou can clearly see multiple staff in the back just standing around. tonight we went in, got in line, and stood there for TENminutes before a staff member came up to tell us that they were cutting the line off and would not be accepting any more orders.why would you let us stand there if you knew you were cutting the line off?? chick fil a on a sunday has better customer servicethan this place. do not recommend, you?re better off going to any of the other locations. Always disappointed with this location. Today it was the tiniest bowl I?ve ever gotten. I?d pay $3.50 for this

Came in and the grill was broken so there were no meat options. Got a veggie bowl which apparently is the same price as a steak... bowl. Tried to add a tortilla which is also extra now. Staff was rude and definitely made it clear they did not want to bethere. In the eyes of the staff - anyone ordering food is just an enemy to defeat. Making it a point to be as disrespectful aspossible next time i go in there. Will be holding a grudge. Read more
The food is yummy, flavorful, and fresh! It?s a bit more expensive than it used to be, but it?s flavors haven?t changed.... Although, I did feel like the burrito was smaller than usual. Read more
Family had lunch and not all that impressed. The steak was dry and tough, the apollo chicken was also very dry but had good... enough flavor. The rice was very overpowering with cilantro and I like cilantro. All the meat selections looked as though theyhad been sitting around for a very long time, in no way fresh what so ever! Read more
The o street location is a lot better. I ordered delivery twice in a row from them and my experience was bad. Second time they... literally gave me half bowls when I ordered a steak bowl with extra chicken, only got couple pieces of chicken. Read more
This is all you get for $11. Why so little rice every time? Its the cheapest thing you guys sell. Every single Chipotle in... Lincoln is like this. This bowl isn't even half full. Probably going to start finding other places because Chipotles priceskeep going up and the quantity of food keeps going down. Read more
