I love the work ethic this specific store has everytime I go in the service is quick and efficient as well as satisfactory. my... only negative take on this store are the customers themselves you will find many impatient people waiting in line as if theydidnt expect a very popular place to be busy at the time you eat. to anyone who takes time to read this please remember they arepeople too and are simply doing there best. My family ordered 3 burritos and a bowl. The burritoes contained so much fluid that it ran through the sack before we arrived... at home. The inconsistency of the amount of fillings was disappointing. I am not happy as most of my ingredients fell out ofmine when they were unable to wrap the burrito. Read more
They have been ?out of guac? wayyy too often lately for a chipotle store, not sure if it?s a supply chain issue or the GM isn?t... ordering enough ingredients or something but it has happened to me atleast 3 times in the past 3 months. Read more
This Chipotle is completely solid - it's the best. The food is always top-notch, always hot, and always fresh. Their team of... people are super efficient, kind and genuinely seem to really enjoy each other - plus they really take pride in getting to knowtheir customers. I go there so frequently, they already know my favorite order down to the last detail (chipotle Tabasco & Mr.Pibb)!! There's always plenty of people lining up to dine at this spot. That alone is a great sign. Take a look at anyrestaurant near this location and you'll see a small fraction of patrons inside. That isn't a knock on any other businesses, itshould just be viewed as a resounding endorsement for this Chipotle at Southpointe Pavilions. And one of the best parts, is thatif there is a mistake with an order or item - and mistakes can happen when you're serving the amount of people they do on adaily basis - they truly want to know and will make it right. Visited this location a couple of weeks ago and the cashier applied a military discount when I was asked if I was military.... Today I visited the same location but a different cashier assisted me this time said ?we don?t have military discounts? in avery condescending way. I?m just confused on how can one time it can be applied and the next it can?t??? The receipt even showedmilitary discount last time. The chipotle website even says they have military discounts. Maybe the cashiers this time didn?tknow how to work the computer or there not advocates of the military. Who knows Hmm ???? Read more
As soon as I got to the counter to order the service was terrible, got my burritos double wrapped and they were barely together,... got the white rice (which was unbearably salty) and a few other toppings. When they wrapped it they did a horrible job, thealuminum foil was wrapped INTO the burritos, when I asked them to just make both the burritos a bowl they just tossed me a bowland said "here you go" and when I asked them to mark one of the burritos for it was different than the other they scoffed at meand reluctantly did it. 10/10 on the poor service and quality. When I spend 40 bucks on burritos I expect 40 dollar quality, not5 dollar food truck quality. From now on going the extra miles to the chipotle on Ost. Read more
Most of the time their food is good, but I just got a ridiculous order delivered to me. My daughter's quesadilla order had the... beans and rice, which are supposed to be side items, put into the "cheese only" quesadilla, making for barely a meal. Then on myburrito bowl, there was a literal golf ball sized glob of shredded cheese melted together and impossible to break up. Combinethat with smaller than usual portion sizes, and I am questioning if I want to order there ever again, because this definitelywas not worth the cost. Read more
5 people standing around and pile of dirty pans on counter where food is being prepared. Serving counter covered in old food.... Has not been wiped in a while and staff continued to put everyone orders on top of it. Tortilla person was scooping food fromcounter back into pans Infront of us. The cashier put her hands in trash cans then walked back to register and grabbed customersfood and started bagging. Sad day bc we used to love this location. Seems nobody cares at this location.
