Staff was quick and friendly, price was admirably cheap and the arcade seemed reasonably stocked with working games but the food... just wasn't impressive. As a adult I came to eat and allow my niece to have fun but the food seriously missed the mark. SadlyI'd rather make a few Totino's pizzas in the oven at home than eat that pizza again. The pasta was just weird. It's like it wascooked, then frozen then cooked again. The pizza just lacked flavor and the texture left us questioning. The redeeming qualityof this restaurant is the staff we spoke to, quick, happy to help, knowledgeable and they always seemed to be cleaningsomething. Great staff, bad recipes. We were very happy to know that this location is still open. ???? We?ve stopped there several times on our travels thru Nebraska... and have enjoyed it very much over the years! It was so pleasant to walk in today and be greeted so nicely and friendly by notone, not two, but three gentlemen employees! The cost is still reasonable?especially for what all is included in the meal. Theydefinitely started out our stop there wonderfully! The pizzas are so good! SO glad I was able to get my fave ~ ~ macaroni andcheese! ???? Everything was nicely displayed. Restaurant was very clean and we also appreciated the availability of plasticgloves and disinfectant. Employees were working to keep everything clean. Love that beverages are included in the price aswell as very-yummy desserts. And we very much appreciated that CiCi?s still offers a senior discount; thank you for doing that!???????? Not like the old day's, but just as tasty and delicious. The salad was always a favorite of mine and they didn't disappoint. ... Fresh, crispy and many toppings to choose from. I think they were having a bad night. My companion and I felt like it was a waste of gas to drive across town to it. The salad... was really good. The pasta sauces, not so much. Pizza was ok but not much available. Someone commented that the cook was notin yet. It might be worth a second visit if I lived closer. A bit expensive for the quality of the hot foods. Read more
Sunday October 2nd, me, my fiance, her 14 year old and his friend as well as my 22 year old and his fiance came in for dinner.... Had a good time most of us just had pizza and some dessert. A few of us also had a salad, and we all has fountain drinks. Thenext morning, we all where sick. Had diarrhea and vommiting. 6 of us are there and all 6 of us are sick. Besides the foodpoisoning, the food was not warm and was dried out, salad bar was not fresh, the pizza had multiple bubbles and very littletoppings.... Witnessed an employee caughing into his hand and continuing to prep food.. no star is not an option but I wish itwas because this location would have I'm fact had a no star rating from me. Read more
I honestly would love to speak to the owner. On July 23rd Saturday my girlfriend and I went in there to eat lunch. Mind you I go... here every once in awhile because it's one of the few places left in town with a salad bar the lady working the front desk saysher name is Patricia I asked her how much the buffet was she was rude about that then I went to go get salad and the salad wasslimy and brown and I asked her if she had any other salad she rudely told me that was the last bag so I still tried to pickthrough the salad and made one and let her know that they were pretty much out of ranch I went down the line to get my pizza sherudely says here is the ranch you were asking for three times I pointed out to her that she does not need to be as rude as whatshe was she began yelling at me we both raised our voices to each other she would not stop. I eventually asked for my money backand as I was walking out she told me not to ever step foot in there again.
