So we went on the website to make an order..said fried chicken with choice of potatoe and either green beans or cole slaw. We... thought this was like actual pieces of chicken..not tenders. Luckily we went and didn't order online. When asked they said noactual thigh, breast ,wing etc but tenders and they have no green beans and never do. The info online needs to be morespecific Also,,there are lots of employees just standing around..I have no idea why our order took so long. This happened lasttime too and they weren't even busy. I've never been here before. The line was forever long, I ordered a butter burger, and cheese curds. The man who took my order... was not helpful. I had questions and he only gave short , quick answers. The cheese curds were prepared like onion rings andcooked in onion ring oil therefore tasted like onion rings. I was highly disappointed and will not be returning. The cost andthe long line are not worth it. Read more

Culver's has really nice desserts and healthy side options. I have yet to figure out how to get an entre with which I am... impressed, but it's a good way to get my kids vegetables and protein while traveling. Read more

I went and ordered food they messed my order up and I called them and all they can say is come back to the store on the same day... so they can make a new one like gas isn?t high . I told both managers that I just got off work and made it home and Iv verytired . They did not care and now I?m out of 15 dollars . I sometimes bring my mom here for lunch dates. We usually have a pleasant visit but not this time. The young man who took our... order was kind. We placed our order, got our drinks, and found a table. Had to choose the least dirty table, as none of them hadbeen wiped down. Went to get ketchup and all 3 dispensers were empty. So I went to the counter where the employees were laughingand giggling and chatting very loudly. I said excuse me twice. Ignored the first time and had a young lady make eye contact withme and still ignore me, turn around and her and the other two people chatting with her, walked away and to the back. Our entirevisit they were loud and chatty. Completely fine to be happy at your job but you still have to do your job. Our order was mostlycorrect but they forgot the cheddar cheese sauce. So I went back to the counter and asked the young man at the cash register forthe cheese sauce. He went to the order window and asked for some. He even said please. There were two lady?s standing behindthat window. One just stood there and the other picked up her phone. One of the young people who had ignored me earlier walkedup and asked the cashier what he needed. He replied with ?cheese sauce stat please? and the girl on her phone said she?d get itwhen she was ready. Scrolled her phone again, set it down, walked away, then came back after about 5 seconds with the cheesesauce. The rest of our time there was fine. This store has really gone down hill. It used to be a really nice drive-thru restaurant but this location seems to either be... very under-staffed or having some other management issue. Drive thru cashier was very rude (which normally I'd just give apass, everyone has a bad day), wait time was long (which again normally wouldn't bother me, I understand stuff happens), ourorder did not receive the sides we paid for (double checked receipt to make sure they were on there), of the two burgers wereceived, one was fine but the other was extremely greasy (if you didn't know better, you'd think one was from a differentrestaurant). Overall a negative experience. Was very disappointing after a long afternoon running errands and just wanting aquick meal our way out of town. 2/5 Stars, only reason not a 1/5 is because this location used to be really good and I hope itcan be again. American fast food at its finest. I ordered the double deluxe basket and my food was brought to me! At first glance I could tell... that it was quality and as I indulged I was presently surprised how good it was. The bun was soft and warm. The lettuce, tomato,onion and pickles were all fresh and flavorful. The beef patties were juicy, tender and had that grilled taste with qualitymelted cheese.
