If I could rate 0 stars I would. The worst service I have EVER had. Ordered our food at 1:30 am. Never got a confirmation email... even though their website said my order was placed. The money was taken from my account. Called the store at 2:57 to confirmthey had my order. The guy on the phone said they received it, then IMMEDIATELY hung up. I have since called 3 times and no onehas answered my call. It is now 4 am. I have not received my food. The store is closed and my phone calls won?t go through.NEVER order from this store, they are a MESS. Read more
This is sheer and naked madness. A mob of drunken plebeians jockey for position at the counter. The money is paid and the... expectation for warm calzones swells like the high tide on a full moon. But will it come? Will it ever come? Will the drunkenman or woman receive their food before they pass out or are carried to their Uber? I?m not so sure. Expensive, First off. 2nd, manager told me the reason they dont have water on the dispenser was beacuse of Covid. I literally... laughed out loud, then he offered me a 3 dollar bottle of water......then says a side is 1.89. I guess covid didnt take out theSoda option. Clowns Read more
We got take out, but the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very chill and welcoming. The guy who gave us our food also seemed... super nice as well. And to top it all off, the food was perfect. 10/10 reccomend. Read more
Ordered delivery, used the grand slam coupon and got to try a little of everything (all that food for $33 + a 2 liter & roni... rolls). Food came 15 minutes early, delivery guy was pleasant and everything is delicious. I was expecting them to separatethemselves from other calzone places and they didn't disappoint. Ordered my food online beforehand at 9:40 pm. Arrived at 10pm (supposed to be ready 10:05) I paid. The employee told me it?ll be... a little bit for my order to be ready. I sat and waited an entire hour (11pm) until I got up and asked because 9 orders after megot their food. Finally gave up and handed my receipt to the manager and was told ?they don?t call out pick up orders? from themanager. The two employees that rang me up an whole hour ago just kept walking by me while my food was ready the whole time? Howwas I supposed to know you don?t call out pickup orders? Nobody checks on orders for people that have placed and paid fororders? I don?t know how they have so many employees and can?t call out a number. Paid $16 for a POUND of boneless wings; opened my container and was 3 little boneless wings chilling in the container. Literally... looked like someone had eaten 15 pieces out of it. The portion of food I was given vs the container it came in was the MOSTridiculous part. Confronted them the next day and they said "yeah prices are high right now, thats what ya get." I work atmultiple bars not just downtown, but on the same block. If I could tell you anything... forget this place and don't get rippedoff by them. Not worth it whatsoever.
