Ordered a beef cheese steak with only meat and cheese. Came with onions. When my gf went to the counter to speak to Hailey, she... was brushed off, and no resolution was offered. Even if they had the cooks just take out the onions without making a new one, Iwould have been happy. This was abominable customer service all around, and not what I've come to expect from DaVinci's. Just meh. Ordered a Club sandwich thinking, "how can you screw up a Club sandwich?" All I can say it was edible. I was expecting... a hot sandwich and it was barely lukewarm and the bread wasn't toasted at all. The sauce was bland for being a "special" sauce.Nothing really spectacular about it. Honestly have had better sandwiches at bigger chains like Subway or JJs. Would not orderagain. Read more
Ok obviously Davincis is good, I think everyone in town knows that. The problem is they're constantly skimping the orders! I get... the same thing every time I come, cheese steak; extra meat extra cheese, both of those extra cost a significant amount and theynever actually give me extra I took a picture of my "extra" vs my gfs non extra and they look exactly the same. And theyliterally give like 16 fries, fries are extra btw. I'm a long time fan of Davincis but their pricing/portion size ratio isgetting absolutely ridiculous. Read more
We just left the North 27th location and am so disappointed in the food quality, I had to write this ASAP. I ordered chicken... alfredo; the chicken tasted bad, the sauce was more of a pesto, & the grease plenty. My son's "philly" had burnt meat, but wasserved cold. We also noticed tables, counters, & floor not clean. I do NOT recommend at all. Read more
The food was really good. The employee who helped us was friendly and attentive. The dining area was nice and clean. I ordered... the Turkey Bacon Hot Ranch and it was delicious. My wife got the club and had no complaints. The store has a sign on the frontdoor stating that they?re short staffed but we did not notice in delays. I would definitely recommend. Read more
8-13-21- (27th & Superior) - thought we would give them a second chance last night. We were reminded why we didn?t like them the... first time. We ordered a medium double pepperoni pizza (August special), order of 6 hot wings, and a 4 piece garlic cheesebread. We included a $5.00 tip so the order was over $30. Almost 45 minutes later, we get it. The pizza was lukewarm, had verylittle cream cheese, did not have double pepperoni, but had excessive red sauce on it. This pizza looked like it had beensitting for a while. The hot wings according to my husband, said they were mediocre but he has had way better. The very small 4pieces of garlic bread that we did get, only two pieces actually had cheese on them. I don?t know what type of operation they?rerunning out of the kitchen but according to our second chance, I am truly in disbelief how they keep their heads above water.Now, the daVinci?s on 44th and O, Would put this place to shame 10 times over. Our first impression walking in started off great. The theme is fabulous. The murals, the ceiling and the overall feel is artsy... and welcoming. They young lady who took care of us was polite and very helpful. It was very clean and well managed. The food wasserved very quickly. It was absolutely delicious the kids loved the pizza. I also enjoyed the language lesson while washing myhands;) great place. Definitely suggest to stop. A welcoming and perfect choice for a large group, family or even a solo visit. Read more
Ordered at 6:45 with an hour delivery expected time. Called in at 8 asking when we could expect delivery, was told they are on... their way....8:30 hits still no food. Called again and asked when we could expect our food, was told that they had 6 deliveriesahead of us on the way and was told don't worry you food will still be hot when it arrives....got the food and...... ice cold.If they would have told me right away or sometime in between it would be a longer arrival, it would have been fine. Butnothing...and if the food would have been hot/warm fine.. . But to order food and have it be double the time for estimateddelivery and cold, unacceptable. No apologies from anyone at the 27th and Superior location. Won't waste my time or money onthis location again. Gave it another shot after 5 years and they fail again Read more
