Going through these reviews I am VERY confused about all the one stars and troubles people are expressing. I have been to every... single dunkin location in Lincoln and this one is definitely the quickest and best made coffee out of all the locations. Allstaff are friendly to me. I worked as a barista for many years and know it depends on the people who come through and the sideof the bed they woke up on. I love this dunkin. Read more
Ordered a sausage egg & cheese croissant- they were out of croissants. That?s ok! I?ll get it on a bagel & some hash browns .... Get home hash browns are cold, take a few bites? no sausage just egg & cheese. First & last time at Dunkin? Read more
Rude, uncaring, lazy staff. At least one person is always on their phone instead of working. No need to order ahead in the app... as 1. You will have to wait for them to make your order After you arrive, 2. Always out of cups, syrup flavors, milk. 3. Won'tsubstitute a small and medium drink to make up for the large drinks you ordered. Want to give you a medium and donuts. 4. Youwill have to wait upwards of 5 minutes to get them to answer the drive through. No customer service skills whatsoever. My kid likes how they put toys in the corner and how the staff are organized. I liked the food and coffee. We ordered egg and... cheese wake up wraps. They were small but tasty. Read more
The restaurant is well clean and a comfortable setting. The employees are very nice and the prices are just right. The food is... good and the coffee and iced coffees are delicious. Highly recommend it to colleges and people alike. Read more
A place could be a good and nice place, but short of staffs make it not so good. Perhaps pay more for the employee will improve... the business.. nice location to be a successful business. Too many flies contained in the room. Do not look hygiene atall. 10/10 Monday The store has improved as least what I can see. Far less flies now. I can not find any fly now.
