Fazoli's is always a great place to swing by if you are in the mood for Italian food. The spaghetti and pasta here are really... good, if you get them with butter, but I personally do not enjoy the marianara sauce. If you go to fazoli's, you shoulddefinitely get their bread sticks. Their bread sticks are soft and warm, and they are probably the best thing on their menu. Ican not recommend the bread sticks. I have, unfortunately, been here when the service is incredibly slow and bad, and have evenhad my order messed up on several occasions (however I guess this is the new norm with fast food restaurants). All in all, I canrecommend fazoli's and their pasta and breadsticks, as they are very tasty if you are currently within the area, but I would notrecommend going out of your way to eat there if you are not in the area, as it may not be worth it to everyone. I haven?t eaten here in a few years but then I saw an ad yesterday that the pizza baked spaghetti was back and I had to go try... it! Got 2 of them, mozzarella balls, and breadsticks all for 19$ and everything was amazing. Quick and friendly service in thedrive thru and me and my fiancé were blown away at how great the food was. Called ahead for a slightly larger order, and it was done perfectly ( and the estimated time frame was less than expected). This... location is by far the best I have been to. Food was done to perfection and they even threw in an extra drink due to the drinkwe wanted originally being out til tomorrow. Thank you fazolis crew. Y'all rock Read more

Service can be slow, but it's so much cheaper than olive garden! Best breadsticks around. Their new pasta bakes are incredible.
Marie at the counter was wonderful. We frequent this location and today was honestly the worst food we've had. My spaghetti was... luke warm at best and had old noodles mixed in. My wife's pizza slice was cold and cheese was rubbery like day old. Ravioliswere cold as well. You can definitely tell when the manager isn't in the store. Read more
