I went there today with a coupon that said buy a sub, get a combo free. Most places a combo includes a sandwich, drink and... chips. But to them a combo is just chips and a drink, no combo. That is called bait and switch. Read more

Severely disappointed. I stopped for a chicken and dumpling soup today. They said it would be a few minutes since they needed to... make a new batch. Stopped in for a quick and cheap dinner after work. WOW!!!! I was blown away by everything. The service was great, everyone was... friendly and personable -- especially Kalob, the place was clean, and don't even get me started on the food. Ordered a NYSteamer and made up my decision to grab this for lunch tomorrow afternoon...VERY DELICIOUS. I have at least that to look forwardto tomorrow despite an almost guaranteed hectic day at work, lol. The other menu items look pretty good but I will have to givethose a try next. I work in the area so it's so nice to have such a better option that's within driving distance thanMcDonald's, Taco John's or Sonic. I knew there was a reason I was eager for them to open, I never had Firehouse and wanted togive it a try. I also like that they donate a percentage to first responders. I will be back! Two of us went there for subs today. The bread in both of our sandwiches were extremely dry. Almost unedible.
